Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: The primary focus of the Roofing Laborer is to assist the Roofing Foreman during the application and/or repair of roofing materials. No experience is necessary, we will train you. * We are an equal-opportunity employer. * Physical Demands. This position requires climbing, balancing, heavy lifting up to 75lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee may be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time, and use their hand and fingers to handle or feel. * Duties will include ground work and roof tops so comfort with heights is required. * A vehicle is an asset as jobs are at multiple locations throughout the Greater Victoria region. * Good footwear is required - Admirals Roofing will provide safety equipment.
