Reporting and Analytics Lead

Key Responsibilities: Responsible to implement ETL framework Responsible for the daily performance management of the Power Bi reporting analyst team Responsible for onboarding any new members to your team Identify and propose strategies around technical problems affecting the team Develop & implement a data warehouse Create and develop data models Prepare plans for all ETL procedures Develop & support business reporting solutions: Conduct requirement gathering meetings to identifying, define, and capture the right data and metrics for report and dashboard design Develop reports and dashboards using multiple data sources and to ensure they are built to specifications Building corporate and business unit dashboards using PowerBI (highest priority), Power Automate, DAX, PowerQuery Pull raw data from enterprise systems and apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques Support the BPM program: Create process maps, standard operating procedures and supporting documentation, such as process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guides   Qualifications and Requirements: A university or college degree in data analytics, data science or a related discipline Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Power Bi Minimum 2 years' experience in team leadership or supervisory role Data modelling experience with PowerBI and/or Brightguage Knowledge or experience with Power Automate, DAX, PowerQuery/PowerAutomate; Ability to write SQL queries and understand the syntax of SQL is an asset Knowledge of data warehouse platforms Understands database architectures, and data warehousing concepts Experience in building SQL Server Analysis Services models and understanding how they compare to Power BI Datasets Strong MS Excel skills Ability to speak with & interview internal customers (soft skills) Ability to set schedules, deadlines, milestones, and work/project timelines to support delivery of assigned projects Experience working with ConnectWise is considered an asset Lean Six Sigma, BPM Methodology experience or exposure is considered an asset
