In this full-time role you’ll find yourself doing these tasks: -Support, Respond and Analyze --Clients at Tier 2 --Occasional in clients’ offices --Security and system alerts -Implement and Design --New client solutions --Cloud (and occasional server) infrastructure -Maintain and Monitor --Backups and client networks -Document --Update and contribute to existing documentation Technical Skills: -Minimum four years of knowledge and hands-on experience with the following technical skills: --Networking (routing & switching principles) --Windows environments (Hyper-V, Windows Server roles, and Windows 10) --VMware --Strong TCP/IP and DNS understanding --Firewalls/routing appliances (Meraki, among others) --Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD and Intune) and Desktop Office Apps --Backup platforms and their administration (Datto, Veeam) --Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for all of the above -Proficient with Microsoft Office ---- Visit our website for the full posting and information on how to apply at: https://rtgroup.ca/careers
