We are seeking a part-time office administrator/project assistant to join our team. Your day This role involves keeping yourself and others organized and on track, stepping up to assist when the team needs an extra hand and test-driving our websites and platforms to ensure they're working exactly as they're supposed to. Sample duties *Answering client emails & phone calls in a friendly and professional tone *Project management assistance for web projects *Preparing accurate monthly reports *Researching, reviewing & submitting RFP responses *Domain & SSL renewals Your skills *1 year+ admin experience *Detail-oriented, reliable & self-motivated *Good time management skills *Collaborative, positive attitude *Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Nice-to-haves (but not necessary if you're open to learning): *Experience with web development processes *Content management system experience *Familiarity with Asana, Google Drive, Harvest, HubSpot & Slack Details *Pay is $20-25/hour *The role is 15 hours/week, 3 days/week *Office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm * We are located at the Parkside Hotel & Spa *Pending Public Health Orders, the start date will be 1 May or sooner *Our atmosphere is relaxed but productive and the team is professional + fun.
