$750 · 750 - obo Ford Focus 2010 not running

This high mileage (~299,000) 2010 Ford Focus will not start. The key turns in the ignition, lights go on, but nothing. We are moving to another country at the end of the month and just don’t have the time to have it towed to a mechanic and see what the actual problem is. It was working “alright” before but the dashboard light was on for tire pressure monitor and just came on for stability control. The steering was tight. We are in James Bay.
