Ten minute drive or 1 bus to UVic, short commute to Camosun College, Royal Jubilee and Victoria General Hospital. 10 minutes from downtown. The bedroom has double bed and dresser, you will have your own full bathroom. In suite laundry. Wifi and utilities included. Plenty of free on street parking as well bike storage is available.
