Will cool a large house building workplace or office with ease. 3.5 ton 40,000 BTU. Only used for one summer. FHP (Florida Heat Pump) makes excellent products. All wired up and ready to go with a honeywell digital thermostat included! Just plug the wires into your breaker panel & hook a hose to it then connect to your furnace ducts and it's all ready to go. Will also include a custom flange and 2 new air filters. This unit also serves as a heat pump for geothermal heating / cooling but I only used it for air Conditioning. It has been stored away a few years now as I figured I would be buying a house but have now bought a condo. Paid over $3300 for it. Sacraficing as it's not being used. Reduced $1200 firm
