SIDNEY TIRE GROUP is seeking a new member to join our team in the role of Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant. In this role, your duties would include but are not limited to: Assisting the team with accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections of overdue accounts, filing documents, answering phones, communicating with management and the team as a whole, and looking for opportunities to streamline and improve on process. In addition, training on our internal payroll system Payworks, as well as our POS software Costar, will be provided so you can execute bi-weekly payroll, track and record vacation time, as well as inventory management and updating once proficient with out system. A good understanding of accounting principals is required and a working knowledge of Excel and Word is required to perform this role. Our team will provide training on process and are simply looking for a great person with a positive attitude to join an already solid team that loves what we do !
